The BCh-90 (“Warhead 90”) is the 90 kg warhead developed for Russia’s Geran line. Slides from the Alabuga plant analysed by the Institute for Science and International Security describe a fragmentation, high-explosive and incendiary design with 62 kg of explosive in a 92 kg assembly, ST45 steel and zirconium fragments, and name the Bakhirev State Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering (GosNIIMash) as maker.

HUR lists the BCh-90 as the Geran-5’s warhead (HUR War & Sanctions); its photos show pre-formed steel balls from the casing. The Geran-2 can carry it too, at the cost of range.
