Zone 5 demonstrates Rusty Dagger Block 40 cruise missile with ground-launch solid booster

Published

US firm Zone 5 Technologies demonstrated the Rusty Dagger Block 40, a ground-launch variant of its affordable precision cruise missile fitted with a solid-fuel rocket booster that eliminates the need for an aircraft carrier. Open-source data places the warhead at approximately 45–113 kg; the exact range of the ground-launch version and other key parameters have not been officially disclosed. The platform retains air-launch capability; no transfer to Ukraine was mentioned in available signals.
