A Ukrainian drone analyst on Victory Drones — citing a self-described record of accurate technical assessments — maintains that between one and three Russian mesh relay nodes are intermittently active inside Kyiv, providing a brief guidance-correction channel for Shahed strikes. The analyst cites the precision strike on the SBU building, executed at a moment when no other Shahed was airborne to serve as a relay, and a pattern analysis of the Kyiv bridge strikes as supporting evidence. The warning is that city-wide EW countermeasures cannot be effective while relay nodes remain operational.
