Ukrainian 'Paseka' net-gun system: 12-tube mortar array fires 4×4 m nylon nets for close-in drone intercept

Published

Ukrainian firm NPTs Ushkuynik is developing the ‘Paseka’ counter-drone complex built around 12 mortar-type launchers, each projecting a 4×4 m nylon net to a range of 10–30 m. The system is designed to intercept small UAVs without explosive warheads, making it safe to deploy near roads and in civilian areas. It is also being evaluated as a protection module for ground robotic platforms and for escorting civilian freight convoys on public highways.
