Ukrainian drones reach Tobolsk (2,000+ km); Nizhnekamsk TANEKO strike kills 13

Ukrainian UAVs struck the TANEKO refinery in Nizhnekamsk, Tatarstan, starting a confirmed fire and killing 13 people — seven of them Uzbek nationals, prompting Tashkent to dispatch a government delegation. Separately, Ukrainian sources and Russian milbloggers report a drone also reached the ZapSibNeftekhim petrochemical complex in Tobolsk, Tyumen region, reportedly more than 2,000 km from Ukraine’s front lines, where a fire was observed. Ukrainian GUR additionally confirmed damage to the primary distillation unit at the Ilskoye refinery in Krasnodar Krai from an August 8 strike. The Tobolsk reach, if confirmed, would represent the deepest publicly reported Ukrainian fixed-wing UAV penetration of Russian territory.
