Ukrainian drone strike on Orsk refinery triggers Orenburg region fuel rationing

Published

A Ukrainian drone attack on the Orsk oil refinery on 11 August prompted the Orenburg regional governor to impose emergency fuel measures: alternating odd/even licence-plate access to filling stations, a 15–30 litre per-fill cap on gasoline, and a ban on filling jerry cans. The governor explicitly attributed the restrictions to the preceding day’s strike, which OSINT monitors Astra confirmed had hit the refinery.
