Published

According to a Russian engineering channel, Ukrainian company Celebra Tech’s Tryzub (Trident) laser counter-drone system has reached the final testing stage. Developer-stated performance puts effective range at 1,500 m against reconnaissance UAVs and 800–900 m against FPV drones, with a projected future capability of 5 km sufficient to engage Shahed/Geran-class strike drones. The system was first disclosed in December 2024 by the first commander of Ukraine’s Special Forces and video-demonstrated in April 2025.
