Ukraine adapts Stugna-P ATGM launcher to fire laser-guided RK-2P3 anti-drone round

Published

Ukrainian forces are using the Stugna-P anti-tank launch rail with a new laser-guided RK-2P3 munition designed for aerial targets, functionally replicating the role of the RBS-70 MANPADS. The launcher was previously documented downing Ka-52 helicopters with standard anti-armour rounds early in the war; the RK-2P3 round makes counter-air a designed mission. The conversion gives infantry a dual-role anti-tank and short-range air-defence system without replacing hardware.
