Russian 'Veter PRO' interceptor drone demonstrated in Zabaykalsky Krai with autonomous lock

The VOIN development centre in Zabaykalsky Krai has publicly demonstrated a prototype interceptor drone designated ‘Veter PRO’, claimed to autonomously acquire and track airborne targets at high speed. The platform is designed to carry fragmentation munitions or IED-type payloads and represents the first public disclosure of an interceptor development programme from this eastern-Russia facility.
