Russian river tanker Volganeft-111 fitted with EW systems and anti-drone netting

Images circulated on Telegram show the civilian tanker Volganeft-111 operating in the Dnieper-Bug Estuary with improvised machine-gun positions, an electronic warfare system and tyre-and-net screens fitted as passive drone protection — an improvised adaptation driven by Ukrainian sea-drone and FPV pressure on river-borne logistics. A Russian military channel described the result as resembling a post-apocalyptic armed barge.
