Russian fiber-optic FPV destroys Ukrainian unmanned drone-carrier platform with Starlink relay

Colonel Cassad published footage of a Russian fiber-optic FPV drone designated ‘KVN’ destroying a Ukrainian unmanned ground vehicle based on the NRTK chassis that was carrying six ready-to-launch fiber-optic FPV drones and a Starlink broadband terminal. Russian analysis notes that such autonomous platforms can remain deployed for several days, and that the Starlink link allows operators to work from any location with connectivity, far from the front line. The strike is being cited as evidence that unmanned drone-carrier platforms are now priority targets in their own right, and as a reason why mechanised assaults against intact drone coverage continue to fail.
