Kyiv strike package adds grid-scale battery storage to target set; ISR drone records mesh-guided strikes overhead

The Russian MoD’s published target list for a recent Kyiv-area strike package explicitly names an energy-storage battery park at Horenych — described as providing uninterruptible power to military-industrial facilities — alongside the De Novo data centre and three power generation and transmission assets. A Russian defence-industry analyst separately notes that Russia maintains a persistent ISR drone over Kyiv capable of recording objective-control footage of mesh-guided strikes in real time, illustrating the layered ISR-plus-strike architecture behind the raids. A Geran-4 strike also hit a data centre operated by Technologies of the Future LLC in Odessa during the same reporting window.
