Russian drone makers test domestic PT4806 transistors for ESC import substitution

Russian UAV developer UAVDEV reports testing new PT4806 MOSFETs sourced from the VZPP-S factory in drone ESCs, claiming lower on-resistance than the previously-used PT0206 components. A separate post from the same channel shows new ESC builds from ‘gudron’ using Voronezh-made controllers alongside cheaper Chinese alternatives, illustrating continued partial import substitution in Russian drone power electronics.
