Russia strikes Volyn drone-industry power substations in Lutsk and Kovel

Russian forces targeted two PS-330 electrical substations — Lutsk-Severny in Lutsk and a second in Kovel, Volyn Oblast — which the Russian MoD claims supply enterprises manufacturing UAVs and drone components as well as military logistics hubs. The strike was conducted by drones. In a separate action the same day, a drone strike hit a Kharkiv logistics centre holding military and dual-use cargo for the Ukrainian armed forces, and a dry cargo ship delivering supplies to Chornomorsk port was also struck.
