Russia shows Yastreb drone-missile launcher and ET-series combat lasers at Moscow show

Published

Russia’s Yastreb counter-drone system was demonstrated at the Sphere of Safety exhibition in Moscow. Mounted on an off-road pickup, it carries radar, acoustic and optical sensors alongside nine high-speed interceptor drones rated at 350–400 km/h armed with kinetic or 0.8–1.5 kg fragmentation-explosive warheads; the manufacturer states the system has passed naval trials and been recommended for unit adoption. Displayed alongside it, the ET-3-360 and ET-10-360 laser systems claim target detection at up to 10 km and drone destruction at 1.2–1.7 km in 4–5 seconds at effectively zero per-shot operating cost.
