Russia's Omsk armour academy integrates Kuryer ground robot into standard cadet curriculum

Published

The Omsk Armoured Engineering Institute has introduced a practical robotics course for second-year students built around the Kuryer NRTK, described as the most widely fielded ground robot in Russian forces. Cadets cover powertrain and running-gear maintenance, electrical diagnostics, battery charging, communications setup and simulator-then-live driving — signalling that UGV operation is being embedded as a standard military engineering skill at the institutional level.
