Rostec plans to unveil two low-observable loitering munitions designed for deployment from the Su-57 at the El Alamein International Airshow 2026 in Egypt. Expert analysis identifies them as the S-71K ‘Kover’ (Carpet) and S-71M ‘Monochrom’, the two variants differing in wing planform. Both are described as high-speed, low-radar-signature platforms intended to act as extended-range strike or reconnaissance assets for the Su-57 pilot, operating beyond the effective reach of adversary air-defence systems.
