Quantum Systems Apex Recordhunter hits 777 km/h driving Geran interceptor development

Quantum Systems’ N3XT research division drove its Apex Recordhunter experimental electric drone to 777 km/h in 27 seconds; the peak was held briefly before the pilot decelerated and landed. The company states the results are feeding development of high-speed interceptors intended to counter jet-powered Geran variants. Apex Recordhunter remains a technology demonstrator with no stated combat role.
