North Korea’s Missile General Bureau conducted cruise missile tests on 2 November demonstrating a medium-size cluster warhead that KCNA claims can saturate 5–6 hectares per strike, intended against airfields, ammunition depots, fuel stores and command posts. A modified terminal phase incorporating a near-vertical dive was also demonstrated, designed to reduce adversary reaction time. The reporting comes from a Ukrainian-side channel citing KCNA statements and should be treated as a claim.
