MQ-9 Reaper damaged in Iranian hangar strike at Muwaffaq Salti air base, Jordan

Published

Sentinel-2L satellite imagery and footage released by US personnel confirm fires and smoke plumes at aircraft hangars on King Faisal / Muwaffaq Salti air base in southern Jordan following Iranian strikes the IRGC claims targeted F-15 storage infrastructure, aerospace ground equipment, and maintenance personnel. Russian military channel Military Informant identifies at least one US Air Force MQ-9 Reaper as sustaining visible damage — shadowing on the left wing and tail markedly different from an undamaged Reaper parked alongside — consistent with blast or fire exposure inside the struck hangar.
