Iran claims Shahed kamikaze output tripled since 2022; updated Shahed-136 variant shown at underground factory

Iranian military leadership visited one of what they describe as dozens of underground defence plants, with officials claiming kamikaze drone production has tripled since the start of the war in Ukraine. Footage from the facility briefly showed what a Russian analyst identified as an updated Shahed-136 variant, alongside the new Badr light anti-tank guided missile and large-scale industrial mixing equipment consistent with solid-propellant rocket manufacturing.
