Pro-Russian sources report Geran-5 jet drones struck the Epicentre logistics centre in Dubno, Rivne region twice within two hours on 20 October, igniting fires, with a further strike on an Epicentre hub in Pervomaysk, Mykolaiv region the same day. A Geran strike on the 330 kV Nivki substation in Kyiv halted metro and surface electric tram and trolleybus services and cut power to part of the Verkhovna Rada, according to Russian monitoring channels. A Russian analyst attributed the drones’ ability to reach western Ukraine to Starlink throttling, which has grounded Ukrainian interceptor drones in those regions.
