Geran assembly recruitment ad reveals professional five-grade workforce structure

Published

A Russian military engineering channel published a Geran assembly and operations recruitment advertisement listing five career grades — technician (400k roubles/month), engineer (450k), pilot (550k), navigator (700k) and group leader (800k) — available under either a civil labour code contract or a Russian Ministry of Defence contract, with training from zero provided. The structured salary ladder indicates a formalised industrial workforce for Geran production and operation rather than an improvised or purely volunteer arrangement.
