Geran-5 variant makes confirmed combat debut against Ukrainian logistics infrastructure

Published

Russian Military Informant publishes footage attributed to Russia’s 50th Brigade ‘Varyag’ of ‘Geran-5’ kamikaze drones striking a Nova Poshta logistics centre and fuel depot in Novhorod-Siverskyi (Chernihiv region) as well as a gas compressor station. The channel describes the footage as ‘quite rare,’ suggesting the Geran-5 has limited front-line distribution or low media visibility compared with the Geran-2 baseline.
