France licenses Ukraine to produce Aster-30 SAMs, AASM Hammer and SCALP-EG

French President Macron announced that Ukraine has received domestic production licences for three major Western munitions: the Aster-30 surface-to-air missile used in the SAMP/T system, the AASM Hammer precision-guided bomb, and the SCALP-EG cruise missile. Kyiv has additionally agreed to purchase 16 Rafale fighter aircraft. The licences were reported via Russian military-news channels citing Macron’s public statement.
