Disgruntled Ukrainian soldier leaks British Raven SAM coordinates; Lancet destroys unit

Published 12 October 2026

Colonel Cassad claims a Ukrainian serviceman — frustrated by corruption and unable to take leave for a year — contacted a Russian military surrender-bot and provided the location of a British-supplied Raven air-defence system in Sumy oblast. According to the post, Russian forces conducted reconnaissance, confirmed the position, and destroyed the launcher with a Lancet loitering munition. The account is sourced from a claimed interview with a Russian reconnaissance commander and has not been independently verified.
