CHAOS Industries unveils VESPID low-cost counter-drone interceptor family for Group 1–3 UAVs

US firm CHAOS Industries presented the VESPID interceptor line, comprising a man-portable Mk 0 for infrastructure-constrained environments and a faster, more manoeuvrable Mk 1 designed for compact deployment from a multi-barrel launcher. The company positions VESPID around high-volume, rapid producibility to sustain operations against attrition, targeting Group 1–3 UAVs — the class accounting for the majority of drone kills in the Ukraine war.
