Stalinsky Sokoly opens high-salary Gerani career track and Dronkon engineering prize

Published · updated

A second Russian organisation, Stalinsky Sokoly (Stalin’s Falcons), has launched a salaried career track for Gerani drone production roles — from 450,000 RUB/month for entry-level motor and electrical engineers up to 800,000 RUB/month for Gerani crew commanders — signalling intensified competition for technical talent across multiple Gerani production entities. In parallel, the organisation is running Dronkon, a national engineering tournament targeting radio chip, optics and wireless-communications specialists, with a prize pool up to 1 million RUB for first place, selected through an online qualifying round before an in-person stage in Tatarstan in late August.
