AEVEX Taiwan deployment: Lynx USVs to ROC Marines, COMPASS-X C2 unveiled, Black Sea pedigree disclosed

Published · updated

A Ukrainian channel adds detail to AEVEX’s Taiwan deployment: the company’s earlier acquisition of Black Sea operators gave it a fleet-operations record of 350 unmanned surface vessels and 25,000 at-sea hours including Strait of Hormuz missions. Lynx USVs have been transferred to ROC Marine Corps units for training; VANDAL and Onyx drones, co-developed with Taiwanese firm CiRC, were publicly presented. AEVEX promoted COMPASS-X as the integrating C2 layer linking air, surface and subsurface platforms into a single network, and confirmed active advisory dialogue with Taiwan’s Chung-Shan Institute of Science and Technology.
