Sources — the channel register

Every Telegram channel this feed reads, with its side, alignment, access and a reliability grade — reviewed monthly.

Russian channels are the object of study; Ukrainian and Western channels are read because the language barrier otherwise hides that information, and as cross-checks. Channels controlled by or close to the Russian state are labelled as such and never presented in the same register as independent reporting.

Grade = Admiralty source-reliability grade for the channel (A completely reliable … F cannot be judged), judged per channel and reviewed monthly. It is separate from the information-credibility grade (1–6) shown on each finding, which comes from how many independent origins support that finding. Reposts of the same origin count once.
