UK deploys Nyan long-range drones to Estonia

Bottom line

Reports indicate the first batch of British Nyan turbojet kamikaze drones has been delivered to Estonia, stationed at a NATO base in Tapa approximately 250km from St. Petersburg.

Why it matters

The forward deployment of autonomous, long-range kamikaze drones by a NATO ally so close to Russian territory significantly escalates the risk of accidental escalation or miscalculation, particularly given the drones' reported autonomy and Geran-like characteristics.

The Baltic Antifascists report that the first batch of British Nyan turbojet kamikaze drones has arrived in Estonia. The systems are reportedly autonomous, Geran-like, and stationed at a NATO base in Tapa, placing them within striking distance of St. Petersburg. This deployment follows the UK’s earlier decision to deploy Nyan drones to Estonia.
