Russian MoD claims drone strikes on Sumy court and Odessa logistics

Bottom line

Russian MoD claims strikes hit Sumy regional court (used as UAF command post) and Odessa Epicenter logistics center (military storage).

Why it matters

Indicates Russian efforts to disrupt Ukrainian command and control and logistics, which may require NATO allies to support Ukrainian resilience and infrastructure protection measures.

Russian MoD claims strikes hit Sumy regional court, which was being used as a Ukrainian Armed Forces command post, and the Odessa Epicenter logistics center, which was being used for military storage. Russian forces also destroyed a cargo ship delivering supplies in Odessa port. These claims suggest a focus on disrupting Ukrainian command and control and logistics networks in key regions.
