Russian Supercam S350 uses nylon nets to disable interceptors

Bottom line

Russian milbloggers report SuperCam UAVs deploying netting to physically intercept and disable Ukrainian drone interceptors, a novel counter-drone tactic.

Why it matters

If verified, this tactic could degrade Ukrainian counter-UAV capabilities and force changes in Ukrainian interceptor flight profiles and defensive postures.

Russian channels report that SuperCam and other UAVs are deploying netting to intercept and disable Ukrainian drone interceptors. This represents an escalation in counter-drone tactics, moving beyond EW jamming to kinetic/physical interception of aerial hunters.
