Supercam

Izhevsk group behind the Supercam reconnaissance drones used by Russia against Ukraine.

Supercam is the brand of a group of companies in Izhevsk, in Russia’s Udmurt Republic, that develops and builds the Supercam family of reconnaissance drones. Ukraine’s Defence Intelligence (HUR) lists Supercam LLC and Finko LLC, which share an address in Izhevsk, as part of the “UAV Systems” group (in Russian, Беспилотные системы, “Unmanned Systems”), “a developer and manufacturer of Supercam unmanned aerial systems used by the russian federation in the war against Ukraine” (HUR; HUR). HUR lists the S350, S150 and S100 as the group’s products.

The Supercam S350 is the most widely reported. A spokesperson for the Unmanned Systems group told TASS at the Dubai Airshow in November 2025 that the drone had been fitted with an automatic photo and video processing system that detects, identifies and classifies objects, could fly without satellite signals and would get mesh networking across the Supercam range (TASS). Those are the maker’s claims, made in Russian state media.

Supercam LLC is under sanctions in the United States, the EU, the UK, Canada, Switzerland, Japan, Australia, New Zealand and Ukraine, according to HUR’s record. The EU listed Finko LLC in May 2025, describing it as a manufacturer of Supercam drones whose S350 is used by the Russian military for aerial monitoring, photography and laser scanning.

The group’s leadership and headcount have not been confirmed from a reliable source.
