SpearUAV
Encapsulated AI-based loitering munitions and tactical drones launched like ammunition for ground, air, and naval forces.
SpearUAV, founded in 2017 by former air-force squadron commander Gadi Kuperman and based in Tel Aviv, builds encapsulated loitering munitions that ship sealed in canisters and launch like a round of ammunition rather than being assembled in the field. Its Viper and Ninox families can be deployed by infantry, vehicles, aircraft, ships, and even submarines, and the company supplies the Israeli Ministry of Defense on several programmes.
In November 2025 the loitering-weapons maker UVision acquired the company outright, having previously held a minority stake; Yiftach Kleinman took over as CEO in early 2025.
