MKB Raduga is a missile design bureau in Dubna, Moscow Oblast, part of Russia’s Tactical Missiles Corporation. It designs and produces the Kh-101 air-launched cruise missile carried by Russia’s strategic bombers.
Russian procurement documents published by Militarnyi name Raduga as the Kh-101 contractor, and in January 2024 the bureau presented a dual-warhead version of the missile to Russia’s defence minister, as reported by Defense Express. According to Ukraine’s military intelligence (HUR), the missile’s wings come from the Smolensk Aviation Plant and its TRDD-50A engine from ODK-Saturn.
