Axon Vision
Military-grade edge-AI for situational awareness, automatic target recognition, and counter-drone defence across land, air, and sea platforms.
Axon Vision, founded in 2017, develops edge-AI software that gives armoured vehicles, weapon stations, and drones real-time target recognition and 360-degree situational awareness. Its Edge360 system fuses feeds from cameras mounted around a platform to detect and classify threats and cue the crew or an active-protection system, and the company has extended the same approach to aerial and counter-drone threats with StormArc and ClearSky.
Its systems have been fielded on Israel Defense Forces platforms including the Namer and Eitan armoured personnel carriers, and the company listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange in August 2024 in what was billed as Israel’s first defence-AI IPO.
